Flexion Distraction is our lead chiropractors go to treatment choice for treating Disc injuries and sciatica arising from spinal nerve entrapment.

It is a gentle technique that increases spinal motion and spinal disc spaces which results in lowering disc pressure and therefore reducing pressure on the trapped nerves which cause sciatica pain.

Flexion Distraction is used in conjunction with other treatment modalities to reduce pressure in the disc and nerves whilst relieving any associated muscle and joint pain and dysfunction.
It is important to rehabilitate the areas around the disc to provide strength and protection in order to reduce the chance of a future recurrence of the complaint.
