The body always speaks when the emotions aren’t heard. ✨ Before I arrived, Coco intuitively shared that she was feeling discomfort through her right hip—something her guardian immediately validated.

As I ran my hands down her spine, the energetic block sat right over her sacral chakra, aligning directly with her SI joint. When you feel energetic resistance like this, it often feels just like two opposing magnets pushing back against your hands. In horses, the sacral center is deeply connected to feelings of empowerment, trust, and adaptability. When an animal experiences stress, loss of agency, or emotional overwhelm that hasn’t been processed, the subconscious somatises it. If we don’t listen emotionally, the body creates physical symptoms to make us pay attention. Mind, body, and soul are completely intertwined.

Coco has a history of trauma, and trusting humans has never come easily to her.
The night before our session, she communicated clairvoyantly with a very specific boundary: she wanted her healing done loose in the school, completely free to walk away whenever she needed time and space to process.
This journey is all about restoring her confidence in humankind—proving to her that she is truly heard and her autonomy is honored.
Midway through the session, Coco walked off into the middle of the school to process the energy she had just received. No ropes, no touching, no pressure. I simply spoke to her and asked if she was ready to come back over for more healing on her hip.
Seeing her decide, entirely on her own terms, to walk right back to us was an unforgettable moment. She has made an absolute turnaround since our very first session together. 🤍

He asked for singing… listen to the frequency vibrate through the stable 🎧Today was such a special equine communication and healing session with Nero, a magnificent Warmblood. During our pre-channeling connection before I arrived, he made two things very clear: he loves people singing to him, and he wanted me to bring along my chimes.
I started by working with the chimes to settle the space, but intuition gently nudged me to use my own voice instead.
I began vocal toning with a low, steady Om, and what happened next gave me goosebumps. If you watch the clip with the volume up, you can actually hear the energetic frequency vibration humming directly through the stable air on the recording.
A horse’s large body and sensitive skeletal system act almost like a living sounding board. A steady vocal tone stimulates the vagus nerve and encourages heart entrainment, offering Nero an immediate cue to let go, ground down, and relax.
It’s such a powerful reminder that our voices carry living energy and intention. Nero knew exactly what frequency he needed today—we just had to create the space to let it flow.
