Autumn Gathering 🍂

Ella & I are back for the autumn edition of our mini-retreat! This season we welcome in the softness that autumn brings: the colder air, the changing colours, the darker nights and we allow ourselves to rest a little more and take time to decompress after the busyness of the summer months.

Join us for 3 hours of yoga, breath work, sound bath, reiki and some light refreshments all while acknowledging the new season around us.
Ticket price is £50.

We will be running two sessions during the day, 9:30-12:30 & 13:30-16:30.

This time we will be at Innerbloom Yurt in Small Dole, BN5 9XH.

We had an amazing time at the QEII School in Horsham bringing Sound Baths into the classroom to allow the children hear the sounds of the soothing instruments. The children were fabulous and enjoyed playing as well as experiencing a sound bath.

Was great working with Ella Hamlin. A mother and daughter collab ❤️🧘🔉🎶

I have now added Sound Bath dates from July-December this year. I should point out that my Southwater sessions are very popular as they are bespoke and the hall has limited space which makes it more of an intimate experience to feel the sounds around you. If you would like to book please let me know which date in advance.

If you have never experienced Gong Sound Baths you lay comfortably on a mat or, if needed, you are welcome to sit on a chair. Allow the sounds to wash over you as you shut your eyes and enjoy the experience. You will feel the vibrations resonate through your body which can release tension and restore balance within.

Bring yourself, an open mind, a mat, blankets, pillows and eye masks to feel comfortable on the floor whilst listening.
Find your oasis of calm from the hassle and hustle of life by joining me for an hour’s relaxation. Message [email protected]
