In this evenings class we celebrating the Manipura Chakra: Mani meaning a gem or jewel, Pura meaning a place. This is the centre of our personal power, the seat of our will power to bring transformation.., to shape our individual identity and purpose, but - you have to work for it and as always in Kundalini the transformation occurs across all levels of our being, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. 🙏💕

Each chakra has a Bija Mantra. Bija means Seed and the mantra is just a simple sound. You might think of it as a primal sound made before complex sounds. The Bija Mamtra for the solar plexus chakra is Ram.
