I am a Chartered Human and Equine Physiotherapist with nearly 20 years of experience in musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, and sports injury rehabilitation, and presently work within the NHS.

I qualified as an ACPAT Category A Physiotherapist in 2016, combining my expertise in human physiotherapy with a passion for equine care.
After working for a leading GB equine physiotherapy practice, I established my own business, offering a tailored, evidence-based approach to both horse and rider.

I also provide physio-led Pilates for riders, focusing on improving strength, balance, and performance in the saddle.

After a short sabbatical I’m back with an aim to support effective movement, recovery, and long-term wellbeing for both horse and rider.
