Inner Reach Therapy Inner Reach Therapy offers a tailored counselling and psychotherapy service.

I work with most presentations with particular experience in trauma work, interpersonal issues, self-esteem and confidence building. I am a qualified counsellor and I have many years experience of working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges, low self-esteem, relationship and family problems as well as more complex issues such as domestic abuse and trauma. With a background in farming and working in the rural community, I have an understanding of the issues faced when working and living in an isolated, and at times, demanding environment. More recently I have devoted my time to working with vulnerable individuals with trauma. I aim to tailor our work together to suit your needs at all times, and our work together is just that...an equal relationship working to one common goal...your optimum mental health. I hold a postgraduate qualification in Counselling and Psychotherapy alongside a bachelors degree in Forensic Psychology, a diploma (Higher Education) in Humanities and certificates in self-harm and suicide prevention, and neurodivergence awareness. Further back I have bachelor degrees in History and Agriculture with Animal Science.

‘Therapy gave me back my life’
