I nearly didn't post this.......

I sat crying, questioning myself, wondering if I'm good enough, wondering if I deserve any of this 😢

From the outside it probably looks like I've got it all figured out. The walks are growing, the Coffee Raves are bouncing and the Retreats are Bliss, the opportunities keep coming and exciting things are happening

But the truth is, Ive got MAJOR Imposter Syndrome

Lately Ive been doubting myself every single day, my anxiety is through the roof, I feel overwhelmed, most days I wonder if I'm the right person to be doing all of this.

I know I won't be the only one as we as woman constantly torture ourselves and we need to STOP!
I've never ever felt like this it's probably frigging menopause too 🤦🏼‍♀️

So if you've ever felt like you're not good enough, not experienced enough, not clever enough or like everyone else has it all worked out except you, this is your reminder that you're not alone - I litterally wing it every single day of my life and quite frankly wonder how the F@&K me and my kids are still alive 🤣🤣

You deffo don't need to have it all figured out to do amazing things

Keep showing up, keep backing yourself, keep taking the next step and most of all be bloody HAPPY because we're not here long

Our retreats are for the women who are tired of constantly being “on” the women carrying the crazy mental load, the women craving connection, calm, laughter, rest and a little bit of magic again ✨

Think dreamy countryside venues, hot tubs under the stars, sound bath, sunrise yoga, wood fired saunas, ice baths. soulful chats, wholesome food, deep belly laughs, the best women and that feeling of finally coming back to yourself 🩷
