New investor research reaffirms Greece's strategic position as the top pick for institutional hotel capital in Europe.
43% of investors surveyed by Hospitality Investor named Greece their preferred European destination - ahead of Italy (29%), and Spain and France (14% each). Not one investor said they're pulling back from Europe. 57% are actively redirecting capital toward markets like Greece.

The reasons are structural: landscape, cultural authenticity, airlift connectivity and a regulatory environment now aligned with large-scale foreign investment. It's also a quality story, 57% of investors are targeting 5-star assets under professional management, and Greece has the pipeline to meet that demand.

Backed by wellness research, doctors can suggest that patients take trips to Sweden to engage in restorative activities like forest walks, saunas, and cold-water plunges.
Sweden expands on how its saunas, nature, and 100 days of summer sunlight (rebranded as “24/7 light therapy”) support mental wellbeing.
Having spent 5 woderful years there as a graduate/postgraduate student I can really relate to that and feel very happy for Sweden.
So, how about Greece then, averaging over 250 days of sunshine?? 780 thermal springs, Mediterranean diet and a lot more!!
