What we love most is creating spaces for people to be able to feel held, to be themselves and the opportunity to slow down and reconnect.

Meg and I have years of experience between us in yoga, meditation, breathwork and somatic practices. Nothing makes us happier as being able to facilitate spaces and retreats for people to nourish their bodies, minds and feel a little more peace in themselves.

And we think our little slice of heaven is the perfect place to do that. Our remote little bay in Evia, surrounded by nature, gives you the space to slow down, breathe, and come back home to yourself.

Missing our days in Greece playing….

adult life needs way more play, for connection and happiness. Play is a portal, our medicine. On retreat we found play through acro yoga, paddle boarding, snorkelling, ocean swims and silly little group jokes… being playful helps stress melt away and you end up feeling more alive ☀️

The most incredible week with the most amazing women - still processing the whole retreat. The conversations, the laughs, tears and transformations. So grateful to every woman that trusted us and came along for a week of rest and connection✨
