What all people ask for is liberation: release from anxiety, worries, issues of futility, dysfunctional relationships and generally from all forms of pain. Every creature has a different code, so what I do is to listen to the particular needs of each and every patient. Many times a combination of treatments to achieve our goal, using creative and effective methods, is deemed appropriate for any sensitive organism.

Abundance is not something we chase.
We allow it to flow.

Its flow is like water.

What blocks it?

Fear.
Lack of self-worth.
The need for control.

When these are activated, the flow becomes stagnant.

But when we create space through trust and gratitude, it begins to move again.

Abundance is the mind’s ability to see possibilities rather than limitations.

Every thought that says, “I am not enough,” narrows the flow.
Every thought that says, “I am open to receiving,” expands it.

Today, ask yourself:

Am I building dams, or am I opening channels?

Abundance already exists.
All you need to do is allow it to find you.

“Who said that men don’t get hurt? They simply learned not to talk about it.”

We hear so much about the wounded woman, but far less about the wounded man. And yet, he has been wounded too.

Men grew up surrounded by expectations that taught them to be strong, tough, and dominant, leaving little room for sensitivity or emotion.

But men are changing.

They, too, are searching for love, tenderness, connection, and meaning in their lives. They need to be seen and recognized for who they truly are, and to feel free to express what they feel.

☀️ It is time to put down our weapons.

To stop standing against one another and start standing beside one another.

The healing of the Sacred Masculine is deeply connected to the healing of the Sacred Feminine. One cannot truly heal without the other.

If you are a woman, create space for a man to reveal his true self.

And if you are a man, dare to embrace your authenticity and vulnerability.

Perhaps this is where true reconciliation begins.

I just experienced. I was walking in my favorite park, a place I often go after work—Central Park, which is close by. And I saw something truly lovely. I was walking in a spot where I often walk, but I can’t really show it to you. Then I saw someone wearing one of those sleep masks we use on airplanes or during meditation, when we don’t want to see the light. So, what was going on? One person was standing there with the mask on, and the other person was making nervous movements, and I couldn’t understand what was happening. You know, I was really straining to figure it out. In the end, what did I see? Someone was struggling to set up a super luxurious, gorgeous picnic. And the other person was standing there with the mask on, waiting a little grumpily, bored, not understanding what was happening. Honestly, not many people could see, unless you had a really trained eye like mine, because it was up on a little rise, just barely visible to my right. And I was thinking to myself…In all my videos, I subtly try to say that relationships take work, marriage, triple the effort. Because when the glass breaks, you have to work ten times harder to put it back together, to make it work again. So in a relationship, if you’re working from the start and you don’t sell it out for any other personal reason, then it will flourish. So for me, this picnic sent a message. Many messages, actually, but anyway. First, that people still put effort into their relationships. , yes, yes. Don’t say it’s a new relationship. There are romantic people. There are people of integrity, too. There are people who want companionship and can share their time in all areas that matter to them. Because success isn’t having just one area that interests you. You’re very boring if you’re one of those people. Anyway, have a wonderful day. ❤️

When you’re no longer afraid of being exposed, then and only then are you truly alive.

Are you willing to put yourself out there?

Are you comfortable with the idea of being judged by someone who hasn’t truly lived at all? Because often, it’s those who don’t dare to live who have the audacity to criticize those who do.

We psychologists often say: we criticize what we secretly wish we had the courage to experience ourselves. And because we don’t dare, we envy those who do.

So, who do you want to be?

The one who dares to be seen—or the one who envies from the sidelines?

The more trapped you are,
the safer you feel.

But safety is not the same as being alive.

Imagine that you only get ONE life, one chance to live it, and you have a certain number of years ahead of you 2, 10, 40, whatever it may be.

Do you really want to spend them living by conventions and expectations?

So often, you feel afraid. Do you know what that means?

That the very thing you want the thing that scares you is often exactly what will make you feel truly alive.

And as you can understand, I’m not talking about anything material…

So,

Open your heart.

Believe.

Allow yourself to hope again…

Turn your fear into your strength and use it to truly live.

New York reminds me of something very important…

You can be surrounded by millions of people and still feel alone.
And yet, you can walk by yourself without feeling lonely.

The difference isn’t in the city.
It’s in the relationship you’ve built with yourself.

As a psychologist, I see every day that true security doesn’t come from our surroundings—it comes from within.

When you learn to feel at home within yourself, every place becomes a little brighter. 🤍 psychologist

Why do some people hurt those who love them… and stay close to those who mistreat them?

It is a question I often hear in my practice:

“Why does someone treat a person who belittles, manipulates, or hurts them so well… yet push away the one who respects and loves them?”

The answer is not always simple.

Very often, people do not choose what is good for them. They choose what feels familiar.

A person who has learned that love comes with anxiety, struggle, rejection, or the need to “earn” acceptance may confuse intensity with passion and instability with love.

On the other hand, when we choose someone who accepts us, that person becomes our mirror. And this can be difficult to face, because within the safety of love, we begin to see parts of ourselves that need healing.

Healing is not about learning to love those who hurt us even more.

It is about learning to recognize that love does not have to hurt in order to be real.

Healthy love does not keep you in a state of anxiety.
It helps you blossom, become more beautiful, and feel lighter.

Why do some people, within long-term relationships or marriages, choose manipulation as a way to keep their partner close?

Sometimes, behind manipulative behavior, there isn’t strength… but fear.

Fear of abandonment.
Fear of not being enough.
Fear that if the other person has the freedom to choose, they might leave.

So instead of building a relationship based on trust, communication, and emotional connection, some people try to keep their partner through guilt, fear, financial dependence, threats, silence, or emotional pressure.

But… can you really keep someone through manipulation?

Maybe you can keep their body.
Their presence.
Their everyday life.

But you cannot keep their heart.

True connection is not created when someone stays because they are afraid to leave.
It is created when they stay because they feel free to choose.

A relationship that needs control in order to survive has already lost something very important: a sense of safety.

Love does not imprison.
Love creates enough space for the other person to want to stay.

❤️. Love doesn’t need locks. It needs choice.
To choose each other every single day, and when the time comes, to have the courage to set free what has completed its journey. ❤️
