Grateful to be part of Britain’s Strongest Man 2026

Huge congratulations to every athlete who stepped on the floor and massive respect to the winners the standard just keeps rising.

This year meant even more as we paid tribute to Pa. Deeply missed, never forgotten. His presence, values, and love for this sport will always be part of what we do.

Strongman isn’t just about strength it’s about family, respect, and standing shoulder to shoulder with people who push you to be better.
There really is nothing else like this sport.

I am absolutely devastated by the passing of Pa O’Dwyer.
Pa was the funny one the person who could lift a room with a remark, a smile, or a bit of mischief when it was needed most. But beyond the laughter was a man of enormous heart, kindness, and integrity.

For years, Pa went above and beyond to promote causes that mattered deeply to him, giving his time, energy, and voice far beyond measure. He believed in people, in fairness, and in doing the right thing and he lived those values every day.

His passing is a stark reminder of how fragile life is, and how important it is to be present to check in on one another, to say the things we mean, and to hold close the people we love while we have the chance.

My heart is broken, and the world feels like a lesser place without him in it.

For anyone who would like to help support Pa’s family at this incredibly difficult time, a GoFundMe link is included below.

⌘Athens Marathon.
This race humbled me in ways I never saw coming. The hills, the heat, and the long stretches where doubt tried to take over. It forced me to dig deeper than I ever have, and it taught me a new level of respect for what a marathon truly stands for.

A marathon is not just a distance. It is patience, grit, discipline, and the quiet courage to keep moving when everything feels heavy. It shows you who you are when comfort disappears.

I kept going. One step, one breath, one promise to myself that I would not quit. Crossing that finish line felt like earning a new version of myself.

I want to thank Theo for being there every single meter, guiding me and keeping me steady. I want to thank my wife, my partner in crime, for her support through every part of this journey. I want to thank my son for reminding me why I push myself. I want to thank my friends who showed up to cheer and lift my spirits when I needed it most.

I finished with gratitude, respect for the distance, and a deeper belief that we can do hard things. If you are chasing something challenging, keep going. You are stronger than you think.
