The Greek circle is full.

In September, I will be opening a small English speaking group for Hellenic Lineage: The Craft.

This is a one year journey into the Craft of Epirus and the lineage deriving from the Goddess Dioni.

Together, we will explore candle magic, herbs, powders, planetary hours, spell creation, Greek gods and goddesses, traditional practices, and the foundations that allow you to build your own work with confidence and respect.

We will meet twice each month, one of which will include our monthly ritual.

If you miss a class, recordings will be available, but the rituals are meant to be experienced together whenever possible, because practice is where knowledge becomes wisdom.

This is a closed circle of 4 to 6 students.

Real learning takes time. Trust takes time. Transformation takes time.

For those who are ready, there will also be the possibility of receiving First Degree Initiation within the lineage, here in Greece, walking the land where these traditions lived and where the maguses carried this knowledge forward.

Can I make a confession?

If you come to me wanting to learn candle magic, I'm probably not going to hand you a candle right away.

Not because candle magic isn't powerful.

Because the candle usually isn't the problem.

Over the years I've watched people collect spells, oils, herbs, books, rituals, initiations, and enough magical supplies to open their own shop.

Then they wonder why nothing is moving.

Most people never learn the foundations.

How to prepare themselves before a working.

How to prepare a space.

How to work with energy without exhausting themselves.

How to know when to work and when not to.

How to open a working.

How to close a working.

How to stop chasing signs and let the work do its job.

Everybody wants the spell.

Very few people want the foundation.

The funny thing is that the foundation is where most of the magic lives.

I've been doing this work since I was a teenager. Long enough to know that sometimes you follow every rule and sometimes you throw the rulebook out the window.

The difference is knowing why.

So before we touch candle magic, we're going back to the beginning.
