Graduation is supposed to feel excitingโฆ
but for many, it also feels overwhelming, uncertain, and heavy.
In Hong Kong, over 50% of graduating university students experience anxiety โ so if youโre feeling lost right now, youโre not alone.
Part of what makes this transition so hard is that, for the first time, thereโs no clear structure guiding your everyday life! No classes, no timetables, no institution to fall back on, and that shift can feel really disorienting.
Postโgrad life doesnโt come with a clear roadmap.
Itโs okay if things donโt feel figured out yet.
Take a moment to celebrate how far youโve come โ even the small wins matter ๐ค
You are not behind.
You are just in transition.
