「東海愛兒之家」是香港唯一提供過萬呎戶外活動空間的殘障人士院舍，分男女宿舍，提供暫托及短長期入住。

院舍注重院友的身心健康，提供多元化的活動，讓不同能力的院友得以發揮。如週五跑步隊、藝術工作坊、週末卡拉ok等都是我們院友的最愛。

另外院舍也為一些能力較高的院友提供就職協助，如安排參加 #籽橋社 的藝術創作、 的咖啡烘培訓練、 的求職工作坊等。而已入職庇護工場的院友，也得到妥善的交通安排。
