大家好！我是香港瑜珈導師Michelle擁有RYT 國際瑜珈導師證書。課程包括有初級瑜珈和空中瑜珈，課程內容會因應不同程度設定，主要希望通過各種瑜珈練習，改善學生健康問題。課堂除了包含練習式子動作外，亦會練習瑜珈呼吸法。希望在短短的一小時課堂中，讓學生學習如何與我們的身體溝通，放鬆心情和放下煩惱。
