——給所有被這句話綁住的子女，也給所有用這句話綁住孩子的父母。

「我寧願自己早死一點，也不想再面對我媽。」

這是我的案主面無表情說出的話。

在華人社會，「孝順」常被解讀為「順從」，「付出」常被說成「犧牲」。當父母用「我為你犧牲」來情緒勒索子女，子女的人生空間被塞滿，連對未來的盼望也消失了。

這篇文章，寫給所有被「犧牲」二字壓得喘不過氣的人，也寫給那些不自覺用「犧牲」綁架孩子的父母。

🌿 真正的療癒，始於接納自己的脆弱與平凡。

三週前，我帶著「一切安好」的篤定來到峇里島這片「靈藥之地」。本以為自己已足夠平衡，卻在這片神聖的能量場中赫然驚醒：

原來我依然過度思考，忽略回應自己的身體，也遺忘了大自然智慧的耳語。

靈性療癒師都有高低起伏，療癒的力量需要不斷提煉。而最難的，是作為助人者，如何始於謙卑、成於不亢。

在這片淨土，我學習、祈禱、清空、內省。正如薩滿的教誨：

「活在當下。作神聖力量的器皿，謙卑用心地幫助別人，然後放下。」

我依然銘記17歲那年向蒼天的祈求🙏：

「願我成為別人的火炬，點亮他們心中的光芒，將生命的希望薪火相傳。」

Three weeks ago, I came to Bali: the ”Land of Medicine“, thinking I was whole. Yet, in this sacred energy field, I realized I was still trapped in my mind, deaf to my body, and forgot the wise whisper from nature.

Even Spiritual healers weather their own tides. In this sanctuary, I learned to pray, empty, and look within. As the Shamans taught:

“Be here & now. Become a humble vessel of divine power to help, then let go.”

I still hold sacred my 17-year-old prayer🙏:

”May I become a fire torch for others, igniting the light within their hearts, with the spark of life carry forward.“

In this interview extract, I shared a real case about loss, entrapment, and eventual release. Using a shamanic way of connecting with the spirit, the process resembled human mediation: No judgment, no confrontation:

first build trust, then gently guide the other to see the truth.

What moved us most was that the one who finally helped the ancestor let go was not the partner he clung to in life, but his godmother—the one who had cherished him since childhood, accepted him, and was willing to listen.

💡 Sometimes we spend our whole lives yearning to be understood by a certain person, forgetting that true healing often comes from unconditional love and acceptance.

To be understood may be the deepest longing shared by both humans and spirits.
