結合音樂同流動瑜伽，跟住整首歌嘅節奏做體式，呼吸同動作跟住旋律一齊流動。

一邊練身體，一邊做移動式冥想，釋放情緒，鍛煉柔軟度同協調。

聲音療法（Sound Healing ）是古老的療癒方法之一，近年快速於崛起的如「西藏頌缽Singing Bowl」，過去已經在歐美各地廣為運用在輔助醫療上，且被證實具有療癒能力。

頌缽經常使用於瑜伽、靜心、冥想、深層按摩、促進血液循環、平衡脈輪等，藉由震動，讓身體恢復能量，達到自癒的效果。

人體中有 70％ 是由水組成的，當頌缽的聲音與振動作用於人體時，聲頻能讓身體感到較強烈的共振，加速體內血液循環流動，傳達到人體相應頻率的器官，像對身體內外施於按摩一般，能打開阻塞的通道，排除累積的毒素，產生修復療癒的功能。是為物理上的聲頻影響。同時聲音令人放鬆，亦有助身體本身自行調整。最終的目的讓心靈淨化與和諧。

最重要的是，壓力是許多疾病的根源，唯有透過身心的放鬆，才能恢復平衡、健康與快樂。
