本機構為一所植根香港、享譽亞洲的義眼專科權威機構——香港張瑩假眼研究院(Cheung Ying False Eye Research) 。機構由國際知名義眼師張瑩女仕創立,自1982年起專注於義眼修復領域,至今已發展為亞洲最具影響力的義眼專科研究機構之一。
研究院匯聚頂尖專業人才,核心團隊包括資深義眼師金暉博先生,其在義眼數位製造領域擁有深厚技術積累,並持有「基於3D電腦建模的義眼製造方法」等關鍵發明專利,充分體現本研究院在數位化義眼技術研發上的領先地位。
在技術創新方面,研究院早於2016年即投入大量資源,研究將無限的眼睛色彩通過數碼轉化為可重複且高效的系統。經過多年測試,現今本院九成以上的眼球顏色分佈,均已能透過自主研發的數碼攝影取樣系統及眼球色光還原技術,直接雕刻於義眼之上,實現業界頂尖的雙目複製效果。我們堅信數碼製造是義肢的未來,並持續推動人造眼CAD-CAM製造的研究,引領義眼領域的數碼革命。
研究院長期與粵港澳各大頂尖醫療機構保持緊密合作,並積極參與社會福利事務及公益計劃,履行企業社會責任。作為極少數能同時研發醫療器械及軟體開發的義眼研究機構,我們在義眼材料科學及3D科技應用領域擁有多項獨家發明及應用專利,為各類眼科轉介案例提供從診斷評估、個人化設計到術後復健的全方位整合解決方案。
Established in 1982 by the renowned ocularist Ms. Cheung Ying, our Hong Kong‑based institution — Cheung Ying False Eye Research — stands as a premier authority in ocular prosthetics across Asia.
Our core team comprises top-tier professionals, including senior ocularist Mr. Jin Huibo, who holds critical invention patents such as the "Artificial Eye Manufacturing Method Based on 3D Computer Modeling", underscoring our leadership in digital ocular prosthetic technology.
As early as 2016, we invested substantial resources into researching the digital transformation of infinite eye colours into a reproducible and efficient system. After years of testing, over 90% of our ocular colour distributions are now captured via our proprietary digital photography sampling system and colour-light restoration technology, then directly engraved onto prosthetics — delivering industry‑leading binocular duplication results. We firmly believe that digital manufacturing is the future of prosthetics, and we continue to advance CAD-CAM manufacturing research for artificial eyes, leading the digital revolution in ocularistry.
We maintain long‑standing strategic collaborations with leading medical institutions across Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau, while actively engaging in social welfare initiatives and community outreach programmes. As one of the very few research‑driven organisations capable of concurrent development in medical device engineering and software integration, we hold multiple proprietary invention and application patents in ocular biomaterials and 3D digital technologies.
