Antiviral Foods that your va**na will LOVE!

When you're living with HPV, herpes, or dealing with frequent infections, giving your immune system the support it needs can make a real difference.

The foods and herbs in this graphic are some of my favourites because they're rich in nutrients that play important roles in immune function.

There are lots of different ways you can include these foods into your diet through cooking, baking & making herbal teas!

Some of my favourite anti-viral herbs include:
Garlic, ginger, turmeric root, licorice root, peppermint, oil of oregano, lemon balm, cinnamon, and many more!

PLUS my fave anti-viral foods that are high in:
Vitamin A - grass-fed beef liver, sweet potatoes, salmon
Vitamin C - like citrus fruits, broccoli, strawberries
Vitamin E - Sunflower seeds, almonds, beet greens, collard greens, spinach, pumpkin
Magnesium - avocados, nuts, legumes, fatty fish
Zinc - seafood, red meat, poultry, nuts & whole grains

Medicinal mushrooms like reishi, lion's mane, chaga, etc., are powerful immune-boosters too, but for my ye**ty babes - be mindful about mushroom intake because they’re a fungus!

These are just SOME of the foods and natural herbs that you can include more of in your diet to reduce your risk of infection, outbreaks, caused by some of the common viruses going around these days.

And if you live with herpes and/or HPV and want to learn more about ALL the foods you should be eating, avoiding, supplements you should be taking, healthy habits that you can start to incorporate into your lifestyle to manage and prevent outbreaks and infections,

I got a NORMAL Pap Smear result for the 5th year in a row!

I’ve lived with HPV for almost 20yrs, and have gone through the rollercoaster of MULTIPLE abnormal/normal pap smears, colposcopies, and even the LEEP Procedure.

At one point I was afraid that my once-high-risk HPV would never get better, and that my cervical dysplasia would develop into cervical cancer.

I think that’s what everyone fears when they are diagnosed with HPV (especially the types that can potentially develop into cancer).

An HPV diagnosis is scary because of the unknown of it all, and It’s frustrating because we are often told by our doctors to “wait and see” and “it usually clears on its own”.

We are usually not given any solutions on how to manage, prevent, and heal it, and there is no medication to treat HPV.

Even the V doesn’t protect 100% against HPV.

In my years of living with it, learning how to manage it on my own AND getting results, it’s empowering to know that there ARE solutions to manage, prevent, and heal HPV infections and a holistic approach is THE ONLY WAY.

From my years of research, education, and through my own personal experience of living with HPV, I wrote the HPV HEALING GUIDE which is helping so many women who live with HPV learn how to manage, prevent, and heal their infections, just like I did!

Learning about how specific foods, supplements, herbs and lifestyle practices can help you manage HPV is the ONLY WAY to living HPV-infection-free.

I’ve done the research so that you don’t have to, and if you live with HPV, you need the HPV HEALING GUIDE!

It’s an incredible resource that you have lifetime access to once you sign up.

There is nothing like the relief of hearing the words: “your Pap smear is normal.”

After years of abnormal results, colposcopies, biopsies, and the constant fear of “what if this turns into cancer?”…

I can’t tell you how empowering it feels to finally get not just one, but five normal Pap smears in a row.

I remember the anxiety before every test, holding my breath waiting for results, and the frustration of being told to just “wait and see”, and the stress of worrying about something I felt like was so uncertain and so beyond my control.

Living with HPV felt heavy, confusing, and lonely at times.

But here’s what I want you to hold onto if you’re going through it right now: normal is possible. Healing is possible.

And you don’t have to stay stuck in fear, powerlessness, helplessness, or confusion forever.

I’ve learned how to support my body, my immune system, and my peace of mind - and I want you to feel this same sense of relief and empowerment.

If you want to know what’s worked for me to get 5 consistently normal Pap results in a row, head to the link in my bio and check out my HPV Healing guide.

Whether you were recently diagnosed or you’ve been navigating HPV for years, you deserve more than vague advice and endless uncertainty.

My guide gives you a realistic, step-by-step approach to understanding your diagnosis, supporting your body, and feeling more informed, empowered, and in control of your health again.

YES - it is possible to manage and prevent HPV infections, and I’m living proof!

Over the past 5 years, I’ve had 5 NORMAL Pap smears - after years of battling high-risk HPV, cervical dysplasia, multiple colposcopies, and even a LEEP procedure.

It wasn’t an overnight fix.
It took time, consistency, and patience.

But my healing finally began when I stopped relying on the “wait-and-see” approach and started taking matters into my own hands with diet, supplements, lifestyle, and self-care.

(And ironically - when I also learned how to manage my recurring herpes outbreaks.)

Here’s the truth:

The medical system won’t teach you how to heal your HPV.

They’ll offer invasive procedures or send you home to wait and worry.

But there is SO MUCH you can do to support your body starting right now.

Your healing starts with what you eat, how you nourish yourself, and how you take care of your immune system.

Inside my HPV Healing Guide, I give you the exact foods, nutrients, supplements, and practices that helped me turn my story around - and that can help you do the same.

From immune-boosting foods rich in vitamin A, C, E, and folate - to lifestyle changes, wellness rituals, and my go-to supplements (like Papillex and AHCC from .co ) you’ll get a clear, holistic plan to help you feel empowered instead of helpless.

You don’t have to just “wait and see.”

You CAN support your body in clearing HPV - naturally, holistically, and powerfully.

Grab the HPV Healing Guide today and take the first step toward healing.

Your future self will thank you.

A HSV and/or HPV diagnosis is A LOT.

It’s not just the physical symptoms - it’s the flood of emotions that hit you: shame, fear, anxiety, worry, stress, stigma, uncertainty, unpredictability.

The “what ifs” that keep you up at night.

At first, it feels like your whole life is out of your control.

You start to wonder: How am I going to live with this forever? Will my Pap ever be normal again? Will anyone ever accept me?

I know those thoughts well - because I’ve lived with both HSV-2 (gnital herpes) and HPV (cervical dysplasia) for over 20 years.

I’ve been through it all: recurring outbreaks that I couldn’t seem to get control of, years of abnormal Pap results, multiple colposcopies, even the LEEP procedure.

And for a long time, I felt powerless.

But here’s the truth: if you live with these things too (or both, like me) you are not powerless.

When I started actually learning about these viruses - how they work in the body, what triggers them, and how much impact diet, lifestyle, and emotional health really have - everything shifted.

I stopped seeing herpes and HPV as punishments, and started seeing them as signals from my body.

I put holistic practices into action - and my outbreaks got fewer and fewer, my Pap smears came back normal, and my confidence came back stronger.

I rebuilt my relationship with myself, learned how to disclose without fear, and started enjoying s*x and intimacy again.

Today, I rarely get outbreaks and my past 5 Pap smears have been consistently NORMAL.

And I want that same freedom for you.

If they lose interest after you disclose that you have herpes - LET. THEM. GO.

Rejection stings, I get it.

But if someone can’t accept something that’s part of you, that’s not your person.

That’s why we disclose - so they can make a choice.

The same choice we wish we had when we got diagnosed.

If they’re not okay with it?

Cool. That’s their right. But it is not your job to educate, convince, or change their mind.

Trust me - I spent years doing that. Info-dumping. Fact-sharing. Trying to make them “get it.”

All it did was drain my energy and make me feel like I was begging for love.

Don’t do that to yourself.

You want to be with someone who says, “Thanks for telling me. I’m still into you.”

And trust me - that person exists. Many of them do.

If you’re feeling the sting of rejection…

If disclosing terrifies you…

If your confidence took a hit after your diagnosis - I can help.

My Healing Herpes Holistically Guide will teach you:

- How to manage and prevent outbreaks
- How to navigate disclosure with confidence
- And how to stop letting this common virus define your self-worth

You’re not alone in this. I promise.

You deserve love.
You deserve peace.

You deserve to be fully accepted.

And it all starts with walking away from the ones who can’t handle the real you.

Let’s talk about something most doctors never explain when it comes to managing herpes outbreaks…

There are everyday habits you might be doing - without realizing it - that are triggering your outbreaks, recurring outbreaks, or prodrome symptoms.

And no, it’s not just stress or sx.

These 12 habits affect two of the most important systems involved in herpes reactivation:

- Your immune system
- Your nervous system

Herpes is a virus that lies dormant in the nervous system, and when your nervous system is activated or your immunity dips, it can flare up.

Sleep, suppressed emotions, and even negative self-talk can overstimulate your nervous system - making you more vulnerable.

And then there’s diet - one of the most overlooked herpes triggers:

Foods high in arginine like chocolate, nuts, seeds, and peanut butter can fuel outbreaks in some people.

Meanwhile, a lack of immune-supportive nutrients can make it harder for your body to suppress the virus.

I’ve lived through this.

I used to get recurring outbreaks and had no idea these things were making it worse.

That’s why I created my Healing Herpes Holistically Guide - to help you understand:

- What to eat (and what to avoid eating)
- What supplements actually help
- How to support your nervous system
- And how to feel confident in your body - and sx life - again

If you’re struggling with herpes and want real, holistic answers - you’re not alone.

You deserve to feel safe, supported, and symptom-free.

Let’s get you there.

There’s a huge double standard when it comes to herpes.

If you get a cold sore on your lip - nobody cares.
If you get the exact same virus “down there” - suddenly you’re “dirty.”

The truth?
Both oral and gnital herpes are caused by the same family of viruses (HSV-1 and HSV-2).
- They behave almost identically in the body - same triggers, same healing process, same immune/nervous system connection.
- The only real difference is how you got it - and the stigma that comes with the word “sxually” (yet everyone is out here having sx, forgetting that herpes can happen, and thinking it will “never happen to them”).

We weren’t taught this.

We were taught to fear herpes, to shame people who have it, and to treat one type as “normal” and the other as “disgusting.”

That’s not science. That’s stigma.

Over half of the world lives with herpes - most don’t even know it.

The only reason gnital herpes feels so heavy is because of the way we’ve been conditioned to see it.

But if you live with herpes, here’s what I need you to know:
You are not dirty.
You are not broken.
You are not less worthy of love or intimacy because of a virus.

I’ve lived with HSV-2 for over 20 years, and I help people heal not just their outbreaks - but ALL the emotional stuff that comes with a herpes diagnosis.

Because once you understand how herpes actually works, you stop letting stigma define you.

If you’re ready to learn how to manage, prevent, and heal outbreaks naturally - while feeling confident and secure in your diagnosis - I can help. Head to the link in my bio and click on the Herpes link.

Dating with HSV is EXHAUSTING.

Dating is already difficult nowadays, then add on constantly putting yourself in a position to be accepted or rejected when you disclose.

It takes a toll.

Then add:
• The pressure of disclosing
• The timing of when to disclose
• The mental rehearsal of what to say
• The waiting for their reaction
• The fear of being rejected or reduced to a diagnosis

And suddenly it’s not just dating - it’s emotional labor.

Some people will be okay with it.
Some won’t.

That part isn’t the problem.

The fatigue comes from:
- Not really knowing what to say, when to say it, and HOW - which sometimes comes out totally wrong
- Repeating your story and sharing a very vulnerable piece of yourself
- Bracing for impact and rejection
- Questioning your worth afterward
- Frustrated that this is part of your life

And trust me, I know how it feels.

I’ve lived with HSV-2 for over 20 years, and have been single, dating, and disclosing for 12 of those years.

And after supporting hundreds of women (and men) through disclosure conversations, here’s what I know:

Confidence in disclosure isn’t about memorizing the perfect script.

It’s about regulating your nervous system.
It’s about separating your identity from the diagnosis.
It’s about not collapsing internally if someone says no.
It’s about not taking rejection personally…(easier said than done though, I know).

When you’re grounded, disclosure feels different.

If you live with herpes, you’re dating, and disclosure fatigue is getting you down, here is how I can support you:

• Sign up to INTEGRATE - my private, self-guided emotional + practical HSV support program - designed to help you rebuild confidence in yourself and your diagnosis, which is ESPECIALLY helpful when you’re dating and disclosing!

If you’re done letting your diagnosis control your dating life, head to the link in my bio. You don’t have to keep dealing with this alone.

For my HSV+ babes (this includes BOTH ge***al herpes AND oral cold sores), your diet is SO important when it comes to managing and preventing outbreaks👇🏼

The foods listed in this post are some of the most common foods that trigger herpes outbreaks.

Some people are more sensitive than others, but food is not a trigger for everyone.

But for some people who are sensitive, they get an outbreak right after they eat some of these things.

And it’s not just the foods that are triggering the outbreaks, it’s THE PHYSIOLOGICAL RESPONSE that happens in the body after you eat these specific foods that trigger outbreaks.

For example, these foods can:

❌Trigger inflammation in your nervous system - i.e. sugar, gluten
❌Weaken your immune system - i.e. foods high in saturated fats, processed foods
❌Increase the HSV virus replication triggering outbreaks - i.e. foods high in ARGININE (nuts, seeds, popcorn, chocolate, etc.)

Which creates a perfect environment for herpes outbreaks!

It’s not necessarily about restricting these foods (unless you know for sure they are a trigger for you), it’s about enjoying them IN MODERATION, and paying attention to what happens in your body after you eat them.

If you get an outbreak after you eat these foods, you might want to avoid them!

And if you’re new to your herpes diagnosis, you may or may not be sensitive to certain foods and sometimes it just takes time (and trial and error) to figure out what your personal outbreak triggers are.

If you want a full list of foods I recommend to manage and prevent herpes outbreaks, including supplements, lifestyle practices, and more tips so that you can feel confident when you live with herpes, sign up to my HEALING HERPES HOLISTICALLY GUIDE! The link is in my bio.
