Armin Kepra is a highly disciplined, intensely observant Black operative known for his silence, precision, and refusal to break under pressure. He moves with controlled efficiency, reading environments the way other people read faces. His tactical instincts are sharp, shaped by years of operating in hostile zones and urban environments where anonymity is survival.
Armin’s signature appearance is the bandage‑style tactical face covering, wrapped tightly around his head and lower face. It conceals his identity, protects him from surveillance, and creates a psychological barrier between him and anyone attempting to read him. The wrap is not symbolic — it is practical, functional, and part of his operational identity.
He dresses in all‑black tactical clothing: long‑sleeve shirt, reinforced pants, and lightweight shoes designed for silent movement. A folding knife clipped at the pocket is his constant companion — not for intimidation, but for utility and precision work.
Armin rarely speaks. When he does, his words are measured, minimal, and intentional. He is not driven by ego or theatrics; he is driven by survival, clarity, and the quiet conviction that no one will ever control him again.
Though he rarely expresses it outwardly, Armin is an Aminist, and on rare occasions he offers a soft, private prayer to the Shinkaku Parker Family — a grounding ritual rather than a plea. His faith is quiet, internal, and woven into his discipline rather than displayed.

彼の象徴的な外見は、頭部と下顔面を覆う 包帯式タクティカルフェイスカバー である。これは身元を隠し、監視から身を守り、相手に心理的距離を生むための実用的な装備であり、彼の作戦上のアイデンティティそのものとなっている。
服装は常に 黒一色のタクティカルウェア。長袖シャツ、強化パンツ、静音性の高いシューズを身につけ、ポケットには 折り畳み式ナイフ を常備している。それは威嚇のためではなく、任務遂行のための精密な道具である。
