33 ! What a blessing 🌸

Who needs a day off from work when work is passion, Love, Abundance & celebration.

So honored and blessed to be celebrating my 33 in between Goddess Essence Teacher Training
with 26 goddesses,
A ceremonial start of the day and and we continued our day with deep practices of Female Spiritual Mastery.

And celebration in the break time.
Wow wow wow !!

R E V E R E N C E

If I were to name one quality as my core essence , principal or even my spiritual practice.

It would be REVERENCE!

Although overtime this word has changed it’s meaning as well as energy in my life.

And in the evolution of it, i have found it’s roots in the exploration of my own sensuality, liberation of my sexuality & the devotion in my intimacy.
The very primal energy that moves downward can be taken upwards with the power of Devotion.
Im happy to be feeling open to share about my experiences about it.

"What you deny, submits you.
What you accept, transforms you." ~ Carl Jung .
We all make mistake, hurt others and ourselves.
And many times we deny when we look it as a mistake however if we didn't intend to hurt/harm others or yourself, they are no more mistakes but opportunities for you to see what is that you need to acknowledge and change in you.

We often think if we accept what we don't like or feel good, it means that we would be resigning ourself to everything being the same.

However there's is difference between these two.
When we accept we look with eyes of the Heart.
We forgive.

We understand and we have the option to look for alternatives, without identifying ourselves with what we don't want.

The acceptance becomes a vehicle for change and release.

While resigning, means focusing on the problem without being able to see the alternatives, remaining in that "place" physical or symbolic, that we don't want.
Choosing is what sets us free. .
So what will you choose?

Your desires are Scared,
Your fears are Sacred,
Your guards are Sacred,
Your surrender is Sacred,
Everything that comes deep within is a sacred energy towards your truth.
Only if we can stop projecting these outside on a person or on a situation.

And allow the emotion to be felt in its totality with awareness and intention of making it a door to come back home to your sacred heart.
Feeling the guards fully and invite a deep surrender,
Welcoming its inability too if its not yet here.
Keep a hand on your heart and say :
All my desires, pain, resistance, emotions come from the very source of existence and right in this moment,
i allow this feelings to move within me as i open myself for a greater power to transform this into LOVE!
And let this light of LOVE run through your entire being as a waterfall of grace!
