What if a sound bath wasn’t something you simply listened to, but something you became part of?

Join us for an immersive afternoon of connection, music, movement and deep rest at The Old Farmhouse Retreat.

We’ll begin together with meditation, intention setting, shared voice and an interactive rhythm session, where everyone is invited to explore simple instruments and create sound as a group. 🥁

No musical experience is needed. There is nothing to perform and nothing to get right, just curiosity and a willingness to take part.

From there, the energy will gradually soften as you lie back and receive a deeply relaxing live sound bath, followed by time to reconnect with the body through the sauna and cold plunge. 🔥💧

Allow me to create a perfect space for you to start your new journey, where you will feel culled and free of worries thanks to the beautiful resonance of my instruments, koshi chimes, hand-pan, native Indian flute, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls and more, guiding you to a deeper state of relaxation and self discovery.

Welcome to Pisces Melodies

Pisces Melodies is a gentle Sound Bath experience to celebrate my Birthday which is the 15 of March and is inspired by the dreamy, intuitive, and fluid energy of Pisces. Through soothing instruments and immersive frequencies, you’re invited to relax deeply, soften the mind, and drift into a space of calm and inner listening.

This is a donation-based event, so everyone is welcome to join and offer whatever amount feels right to you.
