Hannah Sarah Yoga Welcome to this safe space I’ve created to practice yoga. I teach classes in my local community Broadford and in Embody fitness in Castletroy.

I hold events in Broadford and Killaloe and in 2026 I will be hosting retreats in Ireland and India.

Embracing the last bit of the summer months by practicing yoga in nature 🧘🏼‍♀️

No yoga experience or certain level of “flexibility” required! Also the majority of people come alone, it’s a great way to meet like minded people 🥰

A practice of perspective 💭

July offered me the opportunity to live & understand the teachings…

What happens to the mind when you are faced with challenges…How does it impact how you see the world around you?

The things that normally bring you peace/ joy can be overshadowed by your current mental space.

The practice is knowing nothing in life is permanent, things will change and fluctuate that’s a guarantee.
So with that knowledge, how can you remain a constant in and through yourself whilst adapting and growing to overcome obstacles...it’s a practice 🧘🏼‍♀️

When the opportunities come, let it come, come, come
when it’s time for it to go, let it go, go, go with gladful acceptance 🤗

It’s hard to find the words to express how these teachers have helped my life unfold and blossom over the last few years.

I wasn’t sure what I was searching for but I found it in and through their words, wisdom and teachings 🪷

I’m nearly sure I got the recipe from R O Z page during Covid. It has served me well as I make them for almost every hike 🍪

Summer solstice is one of Ireland’s eight sacred Celtic days. It symbolises fertility, nature and new beginnings.

To honour and celebrate this tradition and the longest day of sunlight we will gather in the forest to share a yoga practice together 🧘🏼‍♀️
