Beginning your healing begins with making a form resolution to yourself to make the choices that allow changes to happen in your life.

It doesn’t need to be a complete overhaul, it simply needs to begin with a slight movement towards where you want to be.

A one degree angle change alters humanity! It alters you, it alters us all.

That is all it takes.

The movement toward I can is the most beautiful possibility inherent in us all.
