This valuable and enriching 3-day programme for children aged 5ā12 years is designed to support emotional wellbeing through a thoughtful mix of mindfulness, creativity, and engaging fun activities. It encourages children to build confidence, develop self-awareness, and thrive within a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment.
Kelly is a fully qualified Primary School Teacher with over 15 years experience and is qualified in Mindfulness and positive psychology.
Children will learn:
- Practical tools to understand and manage big emotions.
- Positive affirmations to boost their self- esteem and confidence.
- To develop self-awareness & social skills.
- Calming techniques to help them feel grounded.
- Coping skills to develop their resilience.
Activities include:
-Hands on Arts & Crafts based on different wellbeing themes.
-Baking activities where the children will be actively involved.
-Science experiments to show what happens to our minds when we become overwhelmed.
-Breathing activities to calm our busy minds.
-Mindful movement and poses to help build strong bodies and minds.
-Stories, games and outdoor fun š
Children are given a supportive space where they can express themselves freely while gaining valuable skills and practical tools to support their wellbeing and personal growth for the future.
