It’s sure been awhile and I have lots of new followers so here is a quick life snippet.

My approach to health is pretty simple because it has to fit into a normal, busy family life. I love my job, but I also love a lot of things that have nothing to do with nutrition.

✈️ I love holidays and clothes (ok, who doesn’t!!)

🐾 I’ve loved walking since I was 14! It is a must for me, anywhere but always better with a view!

🫟 I love DIY interiors - I like a project, I do all the painting in my home myself… even outside (my hubby reaches the spots I can’t!!!).

🥙 I am sure it goes without saying that I love good food. I do like cooking but honestly only when I have loads of time—like when it is my actual activity on a Sunday afternoon as opposed to the mid-week chore. I used to love cooking a lot more before I had kids... now it is mostly tasty, quick and easy dinners and life-saving one-pot wonders that go beyond one night.

I equally love eating out! For me, meals are about connecting with my friends and family, laughing too loud, and just enjoying the moment.

I don’t believe in perfect diets or rigid rules, life is too short, it’s no fun and it’s not necessary!

I got this tip from a client years ago and honestly, I thought it was genius! 💡 Once I’ve brushed my teeth for the night, the absolute last thing I want to do is brush them again.

Different strategies work for different people, but having a few of these tricks in your back pocket can make closing the kitchen for the night so much easier. It’s not about restriction—it’s just about setting yourself up with the right tools to make your goals feel easier.

Everybody likes a treat right! If you are waking up every Monday morning saying ok that’s it, this week I’m going to be good, I’m giving up x, y, z … you know what I saying, you’ve said it … it is the wrong approach! You need a better plan, some support and accountability!
