It’s sure been awhile and I have lots of new followers so here is a quick life snippet.
My approach to health is pretty simple because it has to fit into a normal, busy family life. I love my job, but I also love a lot of things that have nothing to do with nutrition.
✈️ I love holidays and clothes (ok, who doesn’t!!)
🐾 I’ve loved walking since I was 14! It is a must for me, anywhere but always better with a view!
I love DIY interiors - I like a project, I do all the painting in my home myself… even outside (my hubby reaches the spots I can’t!!!).
🥙 I am sure it goes without saying that I love good food. I do like cooking but honestly only when I have loads of time—like when it is my actual activity on a Sunday afternoon as opposed to the mid-week chore. I used to love cooking a lot more before I had kids... now it is mostly tasty, quick and easy dinners and life-saving one-pot wonders that go beyond one night.
I equally love eating out! For me, meals are about connecting with my friends and family, laughing too loud, and just enjoying the moment.
I don’t believe in perfect diets or rigid rules, life is too short, it’s no fun and it’s not necessary!
