1 week on - Recovering 👌

First 48 hrs I was doing
Red light
Sauna
Ice bath or ice (multiple times per day)

After 48hrs I kept to doing
Sauna and red light.

Stopped doing the ice specifically for my foot at this point.

Swelling and bruising is pretty much non existent now.
Stability is much better in the foot, and doing gentle stretches to keep from stiffening up.
Still some pain when replicating the position that the foot and ankle rolled in( but a lot better)

Will still need to go physio to get a referral and get a scan to make sure ifs nothing more serious 👌

I don’t even know where to begin! If you have heard of Des or been recommended him, get moving and booking! He is amazing - can safely say he has ruined all other massages. Friendly and warm from the moment you walk in the door! Such a sound soul and from my first session to my last him this week before I move away...
