The “How Stressed is Ireland” survey surveyed over 1000 adults, ranging from 18 to 65. One of the questions was “How does stress affect you”?

Some of the ways stress can affect a person are impacting your mood, disturbing your sleep, losing focus, making you more isolated, being less present with family and friends, affecting your immunity or affecting your intimacy with your partner.

Maybe stress doesn’t affect you in any way and none of the above are relevant to you.

The “How Stressed is Ireland” survey surveyed over 1000 adults, ranging from 18 to 65. One of the questions was “What activities do you do to alleviate stress throughout the week”?

Going for a run was the most answered activity. Males and those under 35 like to go for a jog to release stress.

Do you have a favourite activity to do when you feel stressed?

Meditation, attending a yoga class, a gym session, going for a cycle, taking part in a yoga class, doing a pilates session, taking part in a team sport, going for a walk, playing a sport?

How should I take Zenflore® Calm?

Take one capsule every day, with or without food.
