Behind every “peaceful” yoga retreat is one husband wondering how he ended up carrying 22 bolsters, 40 blocks and a speaker before 9am. 😂

A gorgeous morning on Rutland Island as part of the Burtonport Festival Wellness Morning. Four disciplines. One shared goal. ❤️

Today was about moving our bodies, nourishing ourselves, slowing our minds and spending time with good people.

I loved sharing the morning alongside , and , each bringing something different, and it was such a privilege to guide the nervous system reset and yoga.

Sometimes a few hours away from your normal routine is all it takes to remember how good your body is designed to feel.

To everyone who came along… thank you for making it such a special day.

A few hours can change how an entire week feels. I had a gorgeous group of ladies yesterday for a private retreat.

We moved our bodies, shared a nourishing breakfast, took in the Atlantic views, laughed, rested, and left feeling a little lighter than when we arrived.
