Looking for a whole body treatment? Look no further than Reflexology.

Reflexology maps the body in miniature onto the feet, with different areas of the soles corresponding to different organs and parts of the body. By applying pressure to these reflex points, it helps to restore the flow of energy, encouraging the body to heal itself.

Final day of my 600 hours in college. It has been a privilege to be guided on this journey by incredible mentors and tutors. To Helen and David, what an amazing achievement and legacy this college is to the world of natural healing 🌱As I’ve said before what I learned in the past 4 years has changed everything. From what I eat, to how I think, to the environment I surround myself in. I can’t unknow what I’ve learned - eye opening and soul opening. I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge with my clients in the future ā¤ļø

What a fantastic day creating herbal preparations with the wonderful Jenny Dunne.

From herbal lozenges to healing balms for cuts, burns, and sprains, we created natural remedies to support the whole body!

I look forward to sharing the benefits of herbal medicine with my clients in Clondalkin and on the South Circular Road. Coming soon!

Wishing all students sitting the Junior Cert and Leaving Cert the very best of luck šŸ’œ Exams are such a stressful time. Make sure the students in your life are taking time out for some decompression. Here are some of my tips:
- Have a foot bath in Epsom salts and essential oils
- Use a diffuser in the room with some Lavender, Rosemary, Lemon - they are great for relaxing, distressing and rosemary helps the memory!
- Listen to some relaxing music and go for a walk (between rain showers!)

Kidney health is so important, particularly in the warm weather when you can become dehydrated. The kidney zone is located about half way down the foot. Here you can see I am stimulating the kidneys, urinary tract and the bladder to help move any stagnant energy.
Did you know that the kidneys are linked to creativity and security so it is important to keep the energy flowing freely. One way you can support your kidneys is to drink a minimum of 2 Litres of filtered water a day.

What a great start to 2026 with some lovely frosty mornings. Getting out and about is so important for our overall wellbeing. Even though sticking your nose outside the door can be less than tempting, as soon as you get out in the fresh air you feel the benefits. Exercise not only clears the mind it also gets the lymphatic system moving. And a bit of temperature variation also helps!
