Some journeys end by bringing us home differently. 🌿

These months with Pajé Aktxawã, Joôpek and the Pataxó people were never only about ceremony. They became a study of land, ancestry, relationship and soul.

We walked the Irish land together — its mountains, waters, stones, ancestors and enchanted beings. And as we listened to the land, we were also asked to listen to ourselves.

Perhaps this was the deeper study: learning to hold beauty and grief, belonging and separation, love and fear without collapsing into certainty.

The land becomes a mirror.

At the heart of this journey is the partnership between Sacred Nawe and the Pataxó people, and the friendship and path we continue to walk with Pajé Aktxawã and Joôpek.

Our mission goes beyond ceremonies. It is about creating foundations for sacred work — approaching the medicines with integrity while reconnecting with Mother Nature, ancestry, community and oneself.

Medicine may open the door. We still have to learn how to walk through it.

Deep gratitude to Mana and Everton, and to our collaborators Phoenix Healing and Dani, for helping us carry this work with integrity.

And to our community — Wayne, Daryl, Anthony, Paul McAllister, Louise, MaryRose, Sarah, Ash, Anthony Peter, Mauriuz, Ciaran and Andrea — thank you for your hands, hearts and presence. ♥️

Above all, gratitude to Pajé Aktxawã, Joôpek and the Pataxó people for the trust, friendship, teachings, prayers, songs and medicine.

We came to study the land.

Perhaps the land was studying us too.

Something has ended. Something has been planted. Something is still becoming.

The path continues. 🇧🇷🌿

The Soul Journey Workshop is a space of deep inner work that combines systemic rituals, embodiment, and the exploration of the field.

We work with the idea that our emotions, patterns, relationships, and struggles do not exist in isolation. Many of them are connected to family systems, unconscious dynamics, ancestral memories, and parts of ourselves that were never fully seen or felt.

Through rituals, movement, reflection, and embodied experiences, participants are invited to step into the field — a living space where unconscious dynamics can become visible and understood beyond the rational mind.

The work is not only about talking. It is about feeling, witnessing, integrating, and allowing the body to participate in the healing process.

The workshop blends systemic work, shadow work, ritual, and grounded spiritual practice in a safe and intentional container, helping people reconnect with themselves, their truth, and what is asking to be transformed within their journey.

July was a sacred beginning… August is the continuation.

July offered a profound journey of remembrance as we welcomed the Pataxó people to Ireland. Together, we walked the land in reverence, listening to its ancient stories, honouring the ancestors, and remembering that the Earth is our greatest teacher.

As we enter August, the journey continues through the sacred medicines, prayer, and the living wisdom of the land. This is an invitation not only to learn, but to embody the teachings through presence, humility, and sacred relationship.

🌿 8 August | Grandfather Rapé Study – Blessington
A full day dedicated to the traditional study of Grandfather Rapé. We will explore the origins of the medicine, prayers, rituals, the sacred art of receiving the blows, its symbolism and the ancestral power around it, and practical ways to work with Rapé in a respectful and conscious way.

🔥 14 August | Traditional Grandfather Rapé Ceremony
An evening of ceremony, prayer, sacred songs, and deep connection with the medicine, held with reverence for its Indigenous lineage.

🌹 15 August | Grandmother Study – Blessington
A day immersed in ritual, prayer, and communion with the Irish land. Through walking, sacred fire, and ceremony, we will deepen our connection with Grandmother’s wisdom with small dose and the spirit of the Earth.

This path is a meeting of two ancient traditions—the ancestral wisdom of Brazil and the sacred spirit of Ireland. Like the alchemical marriage, it is an invitation to unite heaven and earth, spirit and matter, memory and presence, within our own hearts.

With deep gratitude to all who continue to walk this path with respect, humility, and love.

May the land teach us.
May the fire transform us.
May the ancestors guide us.
May we remember who we are. 🍃🔥

Meãdxú — Brazil’s Living Medicine

25 November – 4 December 2026
Atlantic Forest, Bahia, Brazil

This immersion is an invitation to enter a living field of learning — where the land teaches, the plants guide, and ancient knowledge is experienced through relationship.

Held by Sacred Nawê and Cisnear Holistic, in collaboration with the Pataxó community, this journey opens a bridge between the wisdom traditions of Brazil and the ancestral memory of Ireland.

Through ceremony, forest, prayer, village life, song, silence, and integration, we remember that healing is not separate from the Earth, from community, or from the systems we belong to.

This is not tourism.
It is a process of listening, embodiment, and reconnection.

Rooted in the Earth.
Guided by the plants.
Inspired by the living traditions of the ancestors.

Spaces are limited.

Delighted to share that Pajé Aktxawã Pataxó will be returning to Ireland this summer.

Through the Sacred Nawe journeys in Brazil, beautiful friendships have been woven with Irish brothers and sisters. After experiencing the land of Éire earlier this year, Pajé felt called to return and continue building a relationship with this ancient land and its people.

Walking Between Lands is a journey of friendship, reciprocity, and shared learning. Rather than bringing one tradition to another, we hope to create a bridge between cultures, honouring the wisdom carried by both lands.

🌿 Throughout the month of July, we will dedicate ourselves to the study of the land of Éire. Together with Irish guides, storytellers, historians, musicians, and keepers of tradition, we will explore sacred sites, prayers, folklore, plants, songs, and the stories carried by the landscape itself. Alongside this, we will gather in ceremony and prayer, deepening our relationship with nature, spirit, and community.

All are welcome to join these gatherings. Most events will be offered on a donation basis, as we wish this journey to remain open and rooted in the spirit of exchange and community. Contributions will help support Pajé’s studies and the continuation of this cultural bridge.

🌿 We are also honoured to announce that Joôpek Miraê will be joining us in Ireland. Together, he and Pajé Aktxawã Pataxó will offer a series of ceremonies, workshops, and gatherings throughout the summer, creating spaces for prayer, healing, music, and cultural exchange.

May this be a time of listening, remembering, and walking together between lands.

More details and dates will be shared soon.

With gratitude,

Monique - Sacred Nawe

There was a moment during my last trip to Brazil, during a 10-day immersion with the Pataxó, when I chose to mark my hands and forearms with jenipapo — the fruit of Genipa americana — not as decoration, but as intention.

In my culture, jenipapo is more than a natural dye. It’s part of ritual — used to prepare the body, to mark protection, to align with spirit and ancestors, and to make intention visible on the skin. The patterns aren’t random; they carry meaning, presence, and connection beyond the physical.

Hands are where we give, where we receive, where we turn feeling into action. Mine have always been open… sometimes too open. And on this trip, I learned that even the sacred can be opened too much — giving without measure, holding space without boundaries, pouring out without asking what returns.

So I chose to protect my hands — not to close them, but to bring balance. To remind myself that giving shouldn’t mean depletion.

The forearms felt just as important. They carry the movement between intention and action — the direction of energy, the strength to hold, and the choice of what I put into the world. The neck, the expression… all connected. Marking them felt like drawing a line of awareness from thought to action — a quiet statement that what moves through me does so with purpose.

I was told that I carry “dark knowledge.” And I understood it as something powerful — the ability to sit with what is unseen, uncomfortable, or unspoken, and still extract what is needed for wholeness. Not everyone is ready for that kind of presence. Not everyone wants to face what lives beneath the surface.

And I saw that clearly.

This painting didn’t change who I was — it revealed it. It held intention, boundaries, and a quiet authority. And that alone was enough to unsettle those who are uncomfortable with a woman who knows what she carries, who gives with awareness, and who refuses to shrink to be more digestible.

So no — it wasn’t just paint.

It was protection.
It was alignment.
It was remembrance.

A reminder:
to give, but not lose myself.
to act, but with clarity.
to hold power, without apology.

There are moments when patterns in life become impossible to ignore.

Repetition in relationships.
Emotional responses that feel disproportionate.
A sense of carrying something that does not fully belong to you.

This is often the language of the system.

Soul Journey is a facilitated process that works at the intersection of Family Constellations, systemic rituals, and embodied therapeutic practices, designed to access and reorganize these deeper dynamics.

This work acknowledges that individual experience is often shaped by:
– Family systems
– Ancestral patterns
– Unresolved emotional imprints
– Collective and relational fields

Through a structured and carefully held process, participants are guided to bring unconscious dynamics into awareness, allowing for insight, integration, and movement.

The workshop may support:
– Greater clarity around recurring life patterns
– Resolution of systemic entanglements
– Emotional processing and integration
– Shifts in relational dynamics
– Reconnection with personal agency and inner authority

This is a contained and intentional space, held with professional responsibility and respect for the depth of the work.

To ensure quality and depth of process, the group is kept small.
Maximum 10 participants.

If you feel aligned with this work, you are welcome to reach out.

Brazil Pilgrimage – A Journey to the Sacred Lands

We are opening the next Brazil Pilgrimage, a unique opportunity to travel into the heart of Brazil and spend time with the Pataxó Indigenous community near Monte Pascoal — the place where Brazil was first seen by the colonizers.

This is not a tourism trip.
It is a pilgrimage.

For 10 days we will live close to the land, learning directly from the people who carry ancient knowledge of the forest, the medicines, and the relationship between human beings and nature.

During this journey we will experience:

• Sacred ceremonies and prayers with the Pataxó people
• Teachings about traditional medicines of the forest
• Nature immersion and time for reflection
• Cultural exchange and community living
• Integration circles and practices to support the experiences that arise
• Facilitators present to support your emotional and psychological process throughout the journey

This pilgrimage is designed not only as an experience, but as a process of transformation. Along the way we will hold space for reflection, integration, and understanding of what emerges internally, so the journey can truly land in your life.

You will be welcomed into the community and invited to experience a way of life that remembers something many of us have forgotten — how to live in relationship with the Earth.

This pilgrimage is held in collaboration between Monique (Sacred Nawe) and Stacey (Phoenix Healing), with the guidance and welcome of the Pataxó community.

If you feel called to walk this path with us, we would be honoured to have you join.
