— hands down the BEST competition I’ve ever taken part in 🔥

Our idea of a holiday… no kids, just workouts, sweat, and chaos 😂

Mixed Doubles Intermediates with my partner in crime, my husband — what a weekend. Pushed to the limit, backed each other all the way, and left it all out on the floor 💪

Huge shoutout to for stepping in when my arm gave up — absolute legend 🙌

Seven workouts over three days… every single one was some craic. But more than that — this weekend lit a serious fire in me 🔥

My training has just gone to another level. Big goals set, big plans in motion… and I’m only getting started.

And it doesn’t stop with me — I’ve massive plans for too. Raising the standard, levelling up the training, and bringing the equipment and experience to the next level 🚀

And to all the spectators — the noise, the support, the videos — you made it unforgettable 🎥👏

Already counting down to the next one… and we’ll be coming back stronger 👀🔥

Time to get this absolute QUEEN on the Gram 👑

The hard work and dedication this lady brought to her program was second to none. An absolute diamond to coach from start to finish.

A mam of 3, working full-time, long hours… and still showed up. That’s what makes this even more powerful.

For women in their 30s juggling work, kids, and life — a photoshoot prep isn’t always straightforward. But we adapted, we worked around real life, and we made it happen.

This is what consistency looks like.

No extremes. No perfection. Just turning up, putting in the graft, and learning how to balance nights out, meals out, and everything in between.

Because you can’t fake a strong, confident body.
It’s built — one day, one session, one choice at a time.

Quick bit a sun with the girls… straight into a filthy HYROX race 🔥

Tried to stick with ya but jaysus you were gone 😅Different gravy altogether 👏

And sure look — it’s plain as day… you’ve been graftin at the HYROX classes in and I’ve been… hittin the odd one here and there 🫠

No blagging in that race.You either did the work or ya didn’t.

We got it done 💪But I was hanging on for dear life half the time 😂

Lesson learned — cop on, get consistent, and stop messing.

Next one’s getting booked… and this time I’m not chancing my arm 👀

People keep asking why I did a photoshoot.

Truth is, I did it for myself.
I wanted to feel good in my own skin.
I wanted to mark a point where I could say, I’m proud of the work I’ve put in.

There’s no big story behind it.
No lesson.
Just a woman who trained hard, stayed consistent, and decided to enjoy the result.

And that’s reason enough. 🧡

I’m not selling a photoshoot.

I’m coaching the work that earns one.

This is for people who are willing to train properly, eat consistently, and show up even when it’d be easier not to.
No shortcuts.
No crash dieting.
No messing.
