It's been a year of new projects and it's far from over. I'm excited and honoured to be working with these two powerful, gifted, and fun women, Kirsteen Slevin and , to offer a beautiful, heart-centred day of exploration, connection and healing. There's a change in the air and an exciting new venture for me. I have loved my time at Tonn Na Beatha - Dance and wellness Studio . Claire is an absolute superstar and a pleasure to work with but it's time for me to ramp things up a bit so from next week I will be based in my new space in Gweedore. I will continue to offer the one-to-one sessions, both sound healing and shamanic work, only now I can offer a greater range of days and times. I will also be starting up the shamanic circle again and there will be a whole new programme of other events, including therapeutic art sessions, holistic voice work, sound baths, and more.
