We can put a lot of pressure on ourselves when it comes to personal growth. We may feel like we always should be doing more, learning more, figuring things out. But sometimes, what we need is a little space to slow down, get curious about ourselves and explore things without any expectations.

That’s what the Support Programme can offer you. A place to explore new themes, try something creative, reflect on your experiences and connect with others who are doing the same. You can make use of the community or simply spend some time with the resources on your own.

Joining costs €30 a month, roughly the price of a coffee and a pastry each week.

You don’t need to commit to a whole year or show up every week. You can join for a month, stay for longer, and make the space your own.

If you’ve been looking for a little more room for yourself, we’d love to have you.

It can be easy to feel frustrated when we believe someone else hasn’t respected our boundaries. But, interestingly, it is often us who haven’t respected our own boundaries.

Learning to recognise our own boundaries, communicate them clearly and then honour them ourselves can change the way we experience our relationships and help us move away from resentment and frustration.

Follow for more motivators to help us stay on track with our personal growth.

What happens when you take away the pressure to do something well?

Give yourself two minutes today to draw something with absolutely no concern for how it turns out. A person, a plant, your breakfast, whatever is in front of you.

It doesn’t need to be good or even make sense.

Just have a go and see what happens when you let yourself play.

The Support Programme starts again in January, and I’m really looking forward to another year of exploring these themes together.

Over the past year, so many people have joined the Support Programme, taking time to reflect, explore and connect with themselves and with each other. It’s been lovely to see the different conversations, discoveries and experiences that have grown around each month’s theme.

Next year, we’ll be revisiting the same themes, but that doesn’t mean they’ll feel exactly the same. Each time we return to a theme, we bring new experiences, questions and perspectives with us, and the way we explore it in the programme will continue to evolve too.

If you missed a particular month this year, you’ll have the opportunity to explore it in the coming cycle. You can dip in and out depending on what feels useful to you, or join us for the full year and follow all of the themes.

Some people have really enjoyed exploring the resources in their own time and using them for personal reflection, while others have really leaned into the group aspect and found connection and conversation with others to be an important part of their experience. There is space for both.

Have a look through the slides and see which themes catch your attention.

And if you’ve been part of the Support Programme this year, I’d love to hear from you. What have you enjoyed? Is there anything you’d love to see included? Please email me with any feedback or ideas. I really value hearing what has been useful for you and what you’d like more of. [email protected]

We can get very used to measuring the value of our time by what we achieve with it.

But creativity, play, enjoyment and connection are not things we have to squeeze in only when everything else is done. They can be important parts of our wellbeing too.

This month in the Support Programme, we’re exploring creativity and fun, and noticing what happens when we give these parts of our lives a little more space.

What have you been putting aside because it didn’t seem important enough?

Our new theme in the Support Programme is 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐮𝐧.

To some this might sound like a lighter topic after a month exploring Living with Loss, but creativity and fun are not simply extras we add when everything else is taken care of.

They can give us space to explore, play, connect, experiment, make mistakes, enjoy ourselves and experience something beyond responsibility and productivity.

This month, we’ll be exploring what creativity and fun look like for each of us, and what happens when we make a little more room for both.

The Support Programme is €30/month, with journal prompts, creative projects, audio groundings, affirmations and a supportive community to explore the theme with you.

This weekend’s invitation is to bring your attention into the present.

Choose a colour and see how many times you can spot it around you. On a walk, in your home, in the shops, wherever you happen to be.

It’s a simple way to shift your focus and notice what’s around you, without needing to do anything more than to observe and notice.

Tomorrow we’re coming together for our monthly community live session in the Support Programme.

This month we’ve been exploring Living with Loss, and tomorrow we’ll have space to look back at what we’ve learned, what we’ve discovered and what has come up for us along the way.

A chance to reflect together, share our experiences and hear what the month has brought up for others in the community.

If you’re part of the Support Programme, I’d love to see you there at 7:00PM Irish time.

And if you’d like to join us, you can join the Support Programme now.

The Support Programme is €30/month. Go to www.paulashort.net/support-programme to learn more.

Relationships can be some of our greatest opportunities for personal growth.

The work we do within ourselves doesn’t just stay with us. It influences how we communicate, respond, connect and navigate the relationships that matter to us.

A little more self-understanding can create a lot more choice.

Next week in the Support Programme, we’re turning our attention to 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐮𝐧.

We’ll explore the theme through information, journal prompts, creative projects, audio groundings, affirmations and the support of a welcoming community.

A chance to explore what happens when we make, play, experiment and give ourselves permission to enjoy the process.

Want to join us? The Support Programme is €30/month. Go to www.paulashort.net/support-programme to learn more.
