PTSD and CPTSD effects people in different ways, and sometimes people are told to "get over it" and "it's time to move on". If it were that easy, they would. Be kind and supportive to people, we don't know what they are going through.

When one chapter finishes, another begins.

After seven amazing years working in the HSE Drug & Alcohol service in Galway, I have taken the leap to providing my services in the private sector. I will remain providing my services in Galway city but I will now be operating from Sixmilebridge in County Clare to cover the Clare and Limerick areas.

I want to thank all my colleagues in the HSE for their kindness and support during my time there and I have made friends there that our friendship will last forever.

I am excited at this new opportunity and look forward to helping people with issues in Addiction, Mental health related issues, and Adolescent adversities.
