Join us on Monday 26th October, 5pm & 6pm.

“The Hunter’s Moon reminds us to slow down, let go of what we no longer need, and make space for what truly matters. 🤍

As the nights grow darker and the seasons change, join us at FreeSoulSauna to feel the warmth, connect with the sea, share a few conversations and take a moment just for yourself.

Sometimes, it’s the simplest moments that fill our cup the most. Come and share a little full moon magic with us.

TEAM BONDING, SEA AIR & SAUNA HEAT AT FREESOULSAUNA! 🌊🔥

We love bringing people together! Whether it’s sports teams looking to recover and reconnect, groups of friends catching up, day-two wedding celebrations, or simply a big group ready for some fun, laughs and great chats, our seaside sauna is the perfect place to come together.

And of course, we can’t forget some of our favourite visitors… our champion HYROX crew! 💪🏆

There’s something special about stepping inside, leaving the outside world behind, sharing a few laughs and enjoying the heat together by the sea.

✨ What a way to finish September! ✨

Tonight at Wellness Wednesday, we lit up the sauna, soaked up the sea air and said goodbye to September, welcoming in a brand-new month. 🌊🔥

October is already bringing lots of special plans, just like our amazing summer did and we can’t wait to share them with you!

Here’s to cosy autumn evenings, sea dips, good chats and plenty of wellness.
We look forward to welcoming you all in October.

Autumn Equinox at FreeSoulSauna.

Last night we welcomed the Autumn Equinox. A beautiful reminder to slow down, breathe, reflect and embrace the changing season. Welcome Autumn.

The sea was calm, the sauna was hot and the evening sky slowly gave way to the moon.
And now… the moon is already making an appearance ahead of the Harvest Full Moon this Saturday, 26th September. 🌕

Another stunning, peaceful and reflective night by the sea awaits.

An appreciation post for Seal Rescue Ireland

On Friday we called after spotting this little seal pup in distress on Cahore North Beach (and thanks to Aoife also calling from South Beach where she was spotted first).

She’s only 7–14 days old, weighing 17.3kg and sadly was believed to be orphaned. Still covered in her lanugo coat, she is incredibly young but thankfully bright, alert and doing well.

A huge thank you to the amazing volunteers who came to her rescue and are now caring for her so beautifully. 🤍
(2nd pic shows her after her bath and clean up).

I’ll be keeping an eye on her progress.

Any ideas for a name??

Sometimes I wish we could hold a moment just a little longer… 🌕

Last night’s Sturgeon Full Moon was incredible. Thank you to everyone who came along and helped make it so special (and of course to one of my lovely sauna users who took this without me knowing!)

As our Full Moon evenings grow, I’m so grateful for each and every one of you ❤️
Here’s to many more magical moonlit moments together. 🌕

The simple things in life really do matter. Our way of checking the sea temperature 😊 the famous duck 🦆

The power and warmth of a sauna. A beautiful day by the coast. Sitting with friends, having the chats… or even sitting beside complete strangers and somehow leaving feeling like you’ve known them for years.

That’s what we love about sauna life. It creates space to slow down, switch off and connect. No phones, no distractions, no rushing, just good people, good conversations and the sea right on our doorstep.

PARTIAL SOLAR ECLIPSE — WEDNESDAY 12TH AUGUST ✨🌘

Wednesday evening, we get to witness something truly special. The partial solar eclipse begins around 6:13pm, reaches its maximum at approximately 7:12pm and finishes around 8:14pm.

At the peak, around 94% of the Sun will be covered, so if the skies are clear, you can watch the magic unfold at our sauna.

A pretty incredible sight, and one we won’t see again like this in Ireland for many years! ✨

⚠️ Please use proper eclipse-safe glasses. Never look directly at the Sun.
