I've made a short video that explains what tech addiction is, how it's different from other types of addiction, and where to find help if you need it. I hope you find it helpful. My "Understanding Adolescent Tech Behaviour & Addiction" workshops will start in Callan and Kilkenny City in September. I also run these workshops in schools to support both teachers and students. I'll share the venues and dates here in August.
