I'm delighted to be co-hosting a New Moon ritual with Joan Doherty Keogh (.doherty.keogh ) on Sunday 14th June 6.30-8.30pm at Cullaun Lake, Kilkishen 🌑

We will have herbal tea, meditation, sauna, lake dip, intention setting, salt scrub as well as exploring the energetic and astrological aspects of this special time of year, while reflecting on intentions we want to bring into this world this New Moon.

We will have tea, healthy treat & sharing circle at the end.
