Five years ago, I began my journey with ceremonial cacao.
Looking at this facilitator certificate today reminds me that this path was never about collecting qualifications.
It was about deepening a relationship.
Since 2020, ceremonial cacao has been a constant companion in my life. I’ve spent years learning about its origins, honouring its traditions, understanding where it comes from, and experiencing firsthand the beautiful way it supports connection, presence, clarity and self-discovery.
My facilitator training with Mandelei Kuhn began in October 2021, but the learning has continued every day since. Each ceremony, each circle, each cup of cacao has deepened my respect and love for this incredible plant medicine.
What I love most about cacao is that it doesn’t ask us to become someone else.
It gently invites us back to ourselves.
As I prepare for my upcoming RESTORE collaborations, bringing together ceremonial cacao with breathwork in one experience and sound healing in another, I’m feeling incredibly grateful for this journey and for the women who trust me to hold these spaces.
These gatherings are born from years of learning, devotion and a genuine desire to create spaces where women can slow down, reconnect and simply be.
✨ I’d love to know have you ever experienced ceremonial cacao ?
