✨Our Baby Massage & Reflexology Course is here! ✨

Baby reflexology is a gentle, calming way to help support your little one’s wellbeing. Many parents use the techniques to help soothe symptoms of colic, constipation, reflux, teething, poor sleep and general restlessness, while also enjoying precious one-to-one bonding time with their baby.

🗓️ Course Dates:
✨ September 1st, 8th & 15th
🍂 Break: September 22nd & 29th
✨ Back: October 6th & 13th

The course is relaxed, baby-led and a lovely opportunity to meet other parents while learning techniques you can continue using at home.
