Feedback. I love hearing how people found their session(s). Coaching with neuroscience really is powerful in all types of sessions, career, business, mindset etc.
The transformation that can happen through using this approach sometimes is difficult to put into words.
This testimonial says it all. I make the content of the session relatable to that person, their whole system. In using a coaching with neuroscience approach I adapt with the person as the session progresses. We still always reach the goal! Most of all, I try to make the sessions not 'too stuffy', so yes there is room for laughter.

Today, I’m happier, healthier, and more fulfilled because I chose to take ownership of my journey and create the life and business I wanted.
