Ready to build strength, improve flexibility and feel more confident in your movement? Join Nichola Hood for our 5-week beginner-friendly Mat Pilates course, starting Monday, June 8th.

Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or looking to revisit the fundamentals, this course provides the perfect foundation in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Over five weeks, you’ll learn the core principles of Pilates including breathwork, alignment, control, concentration and flow, while developing strength, mobility and body awareness through low-impact exercises performed on the mat.

This course will help you:

Designed for complete beginners or anyone returning to movement after a break, this course focuses on building confidence, strength, mobility and body awareness in a supportive small-group environment.

Across four weekly sessions, you’ll be guided through the foundations of Reformer Pilates, learning how to move safely and effectively while becoming familiar with the reformer machine and core Pilates principles.

• Reformer machine setup & safety
