Unfortunately after next week I won't be taking bookings for appointments as my therapy room in Newtwopothouse is required for an expanding GP practise. 2nd day of Clinical Applications over with 4 multihands sessions done. So much learning for us on our healing journeys. Im learning how to listen with more sensitivity and with deeper compassion for my self and those I am working with. The walk by the sea, is just what my body needs after the day. Feeling deep gratitude.

Day One down at CranioSacral Clinical Applications with therapists from Ireland, UK, Romania and Poland in the beautiful setting of Rottingdean near Brighton. 5 days of honing our skills in Somato Emotional Release with the amazing Maggie Gill. Feeling tired and grateful.@

I believe in giving back to my clients, and so I offer receipts which are recognised by Laya Healthcare and Irish Life Health.
As a member of CranioSacral Ireland aswell as the Irish Massage Therapists Association and Association of Neuromuscular Therapists my clients can claim back on their health insurance up to 50% of the cost of a treatment.

I recently attended a 2 day Mental Health First Aid training course delivered by Mental Health First Aid Ireland delivered by Barbara Louise Brennan and Brian Broderick. Helping others is part of what I do everyday and now that I have this training I am equipped to be the first port of call to those in crisis or in trouble with their mental health. This course has have given me the skills to signpost the professional services for those in urgent need.

As part of membership to CranioSacral Ireland I am carrying out research through the use of the Warwick Holistic Health Questionnaire (WHHQ-25), which measures mental, physical, social/relational and spiritual wellbeing. This anonymised questionaire will help my clients and I gain insights on how CranioSacral Therapy supports their wellbeing while contributing to to ongoing research in this field.
