You may have noticed that there were no Píosa Beag Gaeilge or Wedding Wednesday posts this week. Like many Mayopeople who were in a position to, I took a few days off. Still processing Sunday’s big win, when Sam came to Bohola today with Mayo GAA , I had to go to welcome him and thank the lads who have been with us through thick and thin. It was an incredible atmosphere, theres nothing quite like to bring communities together 💚❤️
I told and Cillian O’Connor how delighted I was for them in particular. They’ve had so much BS flung at them over the years, their dedication inspired the young guns I’m sure. Great to see them enjoying themselves and relaxing in The Village Inn after all their exertions. looks like he’s moving to Bohola, you’re welcome anytime Tommy! A special well done to Cian McHale from Moy Davitts GAA for bringing the team to Bohola, the population easily doubled in size today because of this!
My heart is full since Sunday, but it’s fit to burst now. Maigh Eo go deo! 💚❤️💚❤️💚❤️💚❤️💚❤️
