Acne Gel😍
When faced with acne at any age, gels tend to work best. The reason for this is the gel is quickly absorbed, and still allows the skin to breath. Creams tend to be heavier and often times leave a coating on the skin blocking pores. With inflammatory acne it is important to cool the skin, gels allow for cooling creams tend to trap heat.

It is also important to remember, acne is not just affected by outside influences, so take a look a diet, lifestyle, sleep patterns and hormonal imbalances.🌿

This is an aloe vera gel base with some flora water, and a selection of essential oils😊

Just doing a little research on the topic of mindset. I came across Tony robbins and one of his interviews. He talked about the story we tell ourselves, our stack of beliefs and how they limit our lives.

Changing the story changes everything.

But how do we change the story when its all we've ever known?

1) our willingness to grow. Growth is where the magic is✨️

2)willingness to be uncomfortable in the the unknown😬 fear of the unknown keeps us stuck

3) our willingness to change how we view our story.🤔 what if you viewed the bad thing that happened a different way? Not deny it happened but instead see it for what it taught you, and be grateful for it.

I often get asked, "what do you do as a herbalist to increase your energy?"

Stating the obvious, I take some herbs 🌿
I look at my sleep routine and if I need to change the pattern, like going to bed earlier, stop doom scrolling while in bed ( we're all guilty of this) my diet and the time im eating at.

Changing little things can really help, and one small change can have a massive impact if you commit to it.

Here are some herbs and how I take them to increase my energy.
Ashwagandha, I take in powder form in some warm milk about 30 minutes before going to bed. This herb is an adaptogen and can help balance the adrenal glands. It allows brings harmony to the nervous system and allows for a rested sleep.

Chamomile, I take generally as a tea before my main meal, as it improves my digestive power aiding in proper digestion and absorption of nutrients.

Liquorice, not everyone's fav but definitely in my top 3 favourite herbs. This power house herb give you a simple boost of energy during the day when you dont want relying on caffeine. It has phytoestrogenic properties making it a perfect fit for most women. There is no feeling of dread with this. Just simple energy😁

5 Signs Your Body Is Asking You To Slow Down🌟

Many women think they're just "busy."

But sometimes what we're calling busy is actually chronic stress.🫩

Here are 5 signs your body may be struggling to keep up:

1. You wake up tired even after a full night's sleep.

2. You rely on caffeine or sugar to get through the afternoon.

3. You feel overwhelmed by things that never used to bother you.

4. You struggle to switch off at night, even when you're exhausted.

5. You feel like you've lost motivation, patience or enthusiasm for things you used to enjoy.

The truth is, many women have become so used to feeling stressed and tired that they've started to believe it's normal.

It isn't.

Your body is always communicating with you.

The question is: are you listening?👂

Which of these signs resonates most with you?

Can I ask a question?🤔 on a scale of 1-10 how are your energy levels right now?

I've been thinking a lot lately about how many women are running on empty.🥱

They look like they're coping on the outside, but inside they're exhausted.🫩

They're tired when they wake up.
They depend on coffee to function.
They struggle to switch off at night.
They know they need to prioritise themselves, but life keeps getting in the way.

This is something I'm passionate about helping with.

So I've decided to launch an 8-Week Stress, Energy & Lifestyle Transformation Programme.

I'm looking for 3 women who are ready to make themselves a priority and want support to improve their energy, reduce stress and create sustainable lifestyle changes.

These 3 places will be offered at a reduced rate🥳

If you know someone who might benefit, please tag them or share this post.

And if you're curious yourself, send me a message. I'd love to have a chat.
