A Light Language Retreat day during the Lions Gate weekend!

This is big! I am so looking forward to meeting those who feel called to attend. There will be lots of clearing to make way for new energetic keys to emerge and open you to your true soul path. I am told I will bring through the new keys for those ready to receive them 🙏🏻

We will work with your unique Essence Codes, these are pathways of light throughout your soul blueprint which turn on at specific times and/or when you are ready, they activate your path forward in your blueprint.

We will work with the Matrix Code, this is the pathway and essentially the highway in the physical body where your blueprint lives, we will clear this to allow your Essence Codes to activate and begin to move.

We will work with connecting to your Galactic and/or Angelic soul origins. Meet you guides and family from there and begin your journey of connection with them as they are ready and waiting to assist you to move forward. They know you will attend this day before you do 😉✨

I had a beautiful morning with the ladies in talking all things energy, protection and self love 💖 I guided the ladies through a little grounding and meditation before we had some fun dabbling with the oracle cards. Such genuinely wonderful women, an absolute pleasure to meet every single one of you 🙏🏻 I'm really looking forward to what's to come, I've already a million ideas in the works for you ladies 🕉️✨✨✨ Thank you Michelle for having me into your coffee morning, the work that yourself and June do is immense, you both have absolute hearts of gold 💖

There are no words that can honestly express how 'beyond the beyond' amazing last weekend was 😉✨
Every moment seemed to glide by seamlessly, unraveling the deeper connections, joining the dots for souls remembering & rediscovering a magic deep within.

The setting was like something from a fairytale, , a venue unrivalled in every aspect. I cannot find one teeny thing to criticise. The food was genuinely the best I've ever tasted, exceptional. The rooms are stunning and spotless. The staff are almost too good to be true, there was nothing they couldn't do for us, absolute Angels.

The beautiful souls that came together from all over the world on this weekend were energetic powerhouses, their openness to connect and work with the energy we brought forth was nothing short of outstanding. The magic we created together as a group is something that we will never forget. Each person brought their own unique signature and each was honestly out of this world. I can't wait to see what the next six months of working together brings ✨

Judy .satori , as always, delivered next level energy. Bringing the magic of the cosmos to Earth, teaching from her heart and holding space for every person in the room with the grace of a Goddess.

I loved it all, every moment felt like a pinch me moment. I loved holding space for everyone during my morning yoga classes and afternoon group sessions. I loved every second of supporting Judy and being guided by her and cheered on by her. It's the greatest honour and privilege to get to work with someone whom you feel so connected to and inspired by.

And a special thank you to my husband for holding everything together behind the scenes, especially with the kids (& helping put gift boxes together until the wee hours ✨) plus my amazing family who support us so much, even taking the three babas for a night so Kelly could join us. I couldn't do it without you and I appreciate you all more than you could know 💖

I'll never stop being grateful for getting to do this work 💖✨💖

✨SĀDHANĀ& SURRENDER✨

Sādhanā is a sacred personal practice. A moment in your day just for you to connect in, to learn discipline and to grow on all levels as a person and a spiritual being 💖

My journey has been frustrating at times to say the least, I have very little time to myself being a Mama and even when I do schedule some time it's very often interrupted. Then add in some guilt because wishing for some space and some me time means missing time with my family, precious time that I know I'll yearn to have back when they are older.

This is the hard part about being a parent and still a person. You want to give them everything yet you don't want to lose yourself.

The key, I have found, is SURRENDER. It's the hardest act to master. To consciously let go of the need to control how things work out, to accept the moments that change course so quickly and to flow in the new direction with patience, acceptance and a curiosity for the unknown ✨

Some days I get to my mat, some days I'm off it as quick as I got on there, a lot of days it stays rolled up in a corner. But every day I try to bring my breath into the present moment, to take a snippet of time to stand still and just be, to notice life and be grateful for everything in it, even when it's a day that's not flowing how I planned. SURRENDER is the current lesson my Sādhanā is teaching me, and it's a mighty one 🙏🏼✨✨

The most soul-nourishing weekend ✨
Honestly, it was magic 💖

It felt so daunting to return to a yoga teacher training after what feels like a lifetime since my first — and being 11 months postpartum, I truly thought I’d spend most of the weekend hanging out in child’s pose 🤣

But my body showed me how strong I am, my mind showed me how powerful I am, and together they allowed me to open and receive the unbelievable wisdom and knowledge from
✨

The group of women I shared the weekend with were just beautiful — each with so much wisdom of their own. I learned from everyone, and for that I’m so deeply grateful 🙏🏼

Also hugely grateful to my husband for holding down the fort with three kids on his own all weekend — hero energy💪🏼💖

I feel refreshed, recharged, and powered up ⚡

Thank you Lucy for the energy you poured into each of us this weekend and the grounded and magical space you held for us — grateful for you is an understatement 💖

Last week was energetically heavy so this week, I’m choosing to move at the pace my body asks for, not the pace my mind thinks I should be at. (I'm learning 😬)

There is nothing to catch up on.

Nothing missing.

Just breath by breath, moment by moment, allowing the rhythm that feels safe, true, and sustainable💖
