Yes, not everything deserves our energy. Peace isn't passive, it's a power choice we take every moment...try to slow down and breath. It will begin to calm your nervous system and bring you into a sense of safety. Calming your mind and body.

At times our bodies are activated because it has energy (anxiety) that needs somewhere to go. It needs movement. But we tend to analyse it, try to control it and get stuck in negative thoughts.

Help our anxiety by releasing the energy...go for a walk, gentle shaking, pushing against a wall or just moving our body in a way that feels safe and gives us some relief, instead of leaving it trapped inside our chest, stomach, jaw or shoulders.

Healing doesn't always look like big breakthroughs. It's feeling your emotions, setting healthier boundaries, not needing so much validation and being kinder to yourself...these are all signs that you're growing, even if it doesn't feel dramatic.

Healing is progress, not perfection. Celebrate the little wins!!

Healthy relationships encourage your personal growth, not hold you back. If someone consistently resists or undermines the positive changes you're making, it may be helpful to reflect on whether that relationship is supporting your wellbeing.

Struggles can be difficult but they can also help us grow. When we see challenges as opportunities to learn and become stronger in our mindset and it changes our mental health for the better.

I love this reminder...strength doesn't always roar. Sometimes it's just quietly getting through the day. One gentle step at a time.

Amen to that...and it is a sign of strength when you say it. It's calling out self care too ❤️ ✔️

Our body speaks when our mind often hides. We carry stress, grief, fear, pressure and emotional overwhelm not just mentally but physically too.

Mindfulness, breathwork and relaxation can help us become more aware of where we hold tension and can support emotional wellbeing.

Healing starts with awareness. Pause, breath, listen to your body.
