Our Open Water Swimming Programmes are back across County Sligo, with 4 programme levels available at 4 different locations, suitable for both children and adults.

Dorrins Strand – 6 Week Programme 2nd June – 7th July
Aughris Pier, Co.Sligo – 6 Week Programme 3rd June – 8th July
Lough Arrow – Ballyneary – 6 Week Programme 4th June – 9th July
Enniscrone Pier, Co. Sligo – Adult and Children Sessions
