Did you know over 2,600 couples / women will be going through the IVF journey in Ireland annually. This does not include those who have been on this journey repeatedly trying to have a baby. A young mothers story our ❤️

"Every time I see this photo I get a little pang but that pang has changed from guilt to strength. In that moment Keith saw his world. What he didn't know at the time was one part of it was struggling so so deeply. Everyone else sees a lovely family snap. I see my beautiful boys and I see a woman who is fighting such an internal battle wondering what is best for her kids and her husband and thinking it wasn't her!

Well between the amazing help from Nurture Health, Irene Lowry, Debbie and all my family and friends this photo no longer upsets me. It shows a patch in life, a fleeting moment in time that I was able to over come. Don't be fooled in thinking it happens over night. It won't. It takes alot of work but its so worth it

Exploring and learning about our Inner Child it frees us to be one and part of each other. 🫂🫂

Who is she? How do we mend her broken bits and make her whole again? 💔

The main thing is to take her hand and bring her with you. Hold her safely and engage with her.
Ackowledge her hurts and hold her tight. She is a very precious part of you. ✨️💙💙

She will teach you and show you a new way if you are open to learn more. Love her and yourself. 🫠🫠

That's why counselling works. It gives us time to acknowledge our hurts and try to move forward in our lives. Try to live a happier, more engaging life with more positivity in it. Don't give up. You deserve to live a happier life, but you gotta fight for that. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
