The taste is still dancing on my tongue ❤️

Roasted home grown cherry tomatoes, kale, onion & carrots, with beautiful new spuds topped with homemade beetroot hummus.

The feta cheese and mushrooms were bought, all others nurtured by Dad, myself and Donna 🙌

Any day spent hugging a tree or two is always a good day 🌳 There's an energy you can feel, sometimes it has a distinct and tangible vibration ✨️ doing it with friends Tracy Wilson and Sabrina Howe Holistics makes it even better. Time to rest now after a fun filled day of chats, laughs and the odd angry man 👨 on a rural back road, lol 😆

Today I sat on stage with these two legends, in a room full of more legends 🪄✨️ something magical happens when people gather to heal.

Hearing stories of struggle and resilience gives us all power. Ten years ago I would not have been able to be so honest with myself and so vulnerable in my story with others.

I no longer allow shame or guilt to make me play small. I respectfully honour who I am and the battle scars I wear that got me here. Each time we let the barriers down we give other peole support so they can give themselves permission to shed their shackles ⛓️

My heart ❤️ is full. Thank you to the amazing people who showed up for themselves today. It's a power move to prioritise your well being 🙏

You may be abandoning yourself to belong. There is a difference between kindness and self-abandonment. Over giving is not generosity. It is a path of self sacrifice ❤️ if this resonates remember you have permission to honour your needs 🪄✨️
